All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of a person.
Human rights are universal and inalienable; indivisible; interdependent and interrelated.
Today it’s the Independence Day of Ukraine, and the Ukrainians are under the threat of attacks.
These rights are today the most important.
Across the country, Ukrainians paid tribute to those who have been killed in military action since the invasion began.
Let there be peace again!
In 2021 thousands of children from Ukraine painted how they see peace. The part of the initiative was also the lessons about peace and the value of peace.
This contest is very close to my heart. I was glad to extend my initiative to many schools and now, also to other countries.
When in my thoughts and prayers I’m today with my Ukrainian friends, I always think about the children.
These innocent little humans today live under the constant threat of death. So many children suffer, and so many children are terrified.
I hope that soon they will see peace
