Greetings from Egypt, where I’m due to my humanitarian activities.

On October 24, 1945, the United Nations was established, while United Nations Day originated in 1948. In 1971, the organization adopted United Nations Resolution 2782 and declared that United Nations Day ought to be an international observance.

This is the day of the people – quiet heroes, who stand behind this organization. Humanitarians, peacekeepers, medics, voluntaries from all over the world, and all the people of goodwill.
To invariably support those who are the most vulnerable means to fulfill the true meaning of humanity.
